Zespri and the New Zealand kiwifruit industry are regulated by the Kiwifruit Export Regulations 1999 (as amended by the Kiwifruit Export Amendment Regulations 2017). The Regulations require Zespri to publicly disclose financial statements covering the business activities Zespri undertakes and to make various disclosures about purchasing of New Zealand kiwifruit. Terms and Conditons for Purchase of New Zealand Kiwifruit


Kiwifruit New Zealand has exempted Zespri, under regulation 21(1) of the Kiwifruit Export Regulations 1999, from publicly disclosing historic versions of Documents Incorporated by Reference. As a result, Zespri publicly discloses only the current in‑force versions of these documents. Any person wishing to obtain a copy of a historic version of a Document Incorporated by Reference may request this by emailing contact.canopy@zespri.com.
